Unless explicitly stated in your specifically tailored project contract, all methodologies, frameworks, and HR tech toolkits developed by Clay HR Compass remain our proprietary property. You'll have a perpetual license for internal use, of course.

5. Payment Terms
Standard professional fees are invoiced upon milestone completion. We're a boutique firm and value prompt settlement within 14 days. Late payments may result in a temporary pause in ongoing tech support or advisory services.
