2. Professional HR Advisory

Our advice is based on current Irish employment law and international HR best practices. While we strive for 100% compliance, our consulting should not be construed as legal counsel. Clients are responsible for the final execution of policies developed in conjunction with our experts.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated in your specifically tailored project contract, all methodologies, frameworks, and HR tech toolkits developed by Clay HR Compass remain our proprietary property. You'll have a perpetual license for internal use, of course.

4. Data Privacy & GDPR

We're serious about your staff data. All candidate information and performance metrics processed through our talent systems are handled with strict adherence to Data Protection legislation. No leaks. No compromises. Just secure, modern SaaS infrastructure.

5. Payment Terms

Standard professional fees are invoiced upon milestone completion. We're a boutique firm and value prompt settlement within 14 days. Late payments may result in a temporary pause in ongoing tech support or advisory services.
